I Love that this app allows you to use the free plan to test/use all the features (One product at a time). That particular set up really helped me offer a featured product with a special customization. The idea to customize one product at a time as a special deal hadn't occurred to me until the free version only allowed one product at a time. I think it's going to work out great to start with and I will probably be able to upgrade to the next level plan if needed as my business grows. The zoom support call I scheduled was super helpful too! Thank you Product Customer! I count you a blessing from God!

We really like this app, it makes adding our specific product features very easy, as well as easy for our online customers to navigate. We deal with custom cardboard cutouts, so it's very important for our shoppers to be able to upload the image of their choice and tell us any art changes they might need. We also like how simple it was to get assistance with using this app on our site! Shevaughn was especially helpful and very quick with fixing an issue with were having with the cart. Great app, great customer service. We highly recommend to any one selling custom products!

Service is prompt (Deepanjoy just fixed an issue for us extremely quickly) but the app does run into issues every now and then hence not the full 5 stars :) have been using this app for a few years now and will continue to support it.

I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. I was struggling with getting the options setup properly so I reached out to their support. I was connected with Shevaughn within a few minutes. After gathering all the questions and getting the permissions set, we had everything up and running in about 30 minutes and the results were better than my wife and I could have imagined. Support is top notch and the product just works. This is an awesome app for adding customization options to your shop!
