After initially contacting support via their website, I was advised the issue was related to Shopify and couldn’t be resolved directly. I reached out again through Shopify and was connected with Etienne, who worked tirelessly to fix the problem—product personalisation's weren’t coming through with orders to either the customer or our design team.
