Highlyyyyy recommend Order Editing! Saved us sooooo much time especially during the holiday season. I am sure we are not alone when people email us immediately after placing an order asking to change their address and we have to be on it fast before our fulfillment center sends it out. With Order Editing, customers update it themselves and it works great!

Great app, Jacques from OE has been of great help handling all the heavy lifting with getting us up and running. Our staff have found some of the customer self service functions very helpful during peak periods eg invoice printing, address changes etc.

All initial contact prior to onboarding felt super easy, probably the most chill collaboration I've experienced when it's come to integrating a new program within the business. Onboarding and beyond has also been just as easy; Paul was and continues to be super supportive. He's got a wealth of knowledge that was invaluable during set up. The app itself has exceeded all expectations, no qualms. Easy to navigate, user friendly, cost effective and the team is just a message away if you ever need them. We implemented the app a week out from our busiest sales period of the year which was a scary thought. Fear not, there were no issues even with some insane web traffic. Within 30 days we've seen a fair decrease in ticket volume and an increase in upsell revenue without even using the app to its full capability. Connecting with OE was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the epic work guys.

Literally a must have app, reduce a TON, and I mean a TON of support tickets, and with the upsell feature, the app paid for itself as well. onboarding is very easy and smooth, with Jacques helping me set up based on what I need/want. 10/10

Order Editing has been fantastic for us. It has helped us both save money and generate additional revenue. Their team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Every time I have had a question, they have jumped on a call to get everything set up properly. I would 100 percent recommend this app.
