Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.

What a great app, so many options to handle even the weirdest edge case. And support is just fantastic. Subiksha jumped straight on a screen share to help out with an implementation detail we had, she is top top!!!

I needed some help with the setup. I scheduled a meeting and Barath was the agent who helped me. In about 10 mins we had the whole application configured and I was ready to take orders with multiple location pickups and delivery. Thanks for your help Barath!!

Barath was very helpful and added extra help that i didnt even asked. The app is must have if you want to have a pick up / delivery store.

So far so good. Shopify places a lot of limitations on the checkout process, and another app I was using didn't help me to overcome those limitations. When I started the setup process, I thought this app was going to be more of the same, however I DMed them at 11pm my time and surprisingly got a response immediately. I then spent an hour working with Janani and then later Farhath who helped me set the app up exactly how I want it to work. I am blown away by the level of service. Thank you!

This app is great for managing our orders for in store pick up and local delivery for our business. Highly recommended. Their customer support is also fantastic, they were able to add some custom features that we needed on our website, the service was friendly and also very efficient!

Annie was extremely helpful and so kind to work with. She guided me through the steps to setup my delivery and pickup calendar and help me set up my zip code zones. She was so helpful with providing me with options to remove unwanted features. She even went above and beyond to help me with my checkout service. We've been using this app for a while and it's perfect for our needs. Support has always been amazing and helpful and recently we needed assistance with calendar integration and Subiksha was really helpful.
