First day installing and finding my way around has been great - with Barath's help and quick understanding to show me how to orientate myself. Looking forward to seeing how it improves my workflow, thank you. I'm not certain it will be suitable for me as I need to restrict item orders by day, which it can't currently help with, but I will see how I get on as the other improvements are really beneficial.

This is a great app if you don't want to be in full control of your food business and not use any delivery service just yet. It was glitching at first and wasn't showing up for customers until they refreshed two times. However, I asked them to fix it and they did.

It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it. Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

Would be great to integrate a feature that lets you add the delivery date to packing slip. Otherwise a great app with good features and fast online support.

The help desk respond very quickly and have plenty of contact options and convenient times. They resolved my issue quickly and easily with also showing me other options so can navigate independently. The app is great for what I need and is versatile so I have more flexibility with how I sell different products.
