It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it.
Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

Super easy and super convenient having the option to set it up on a call.
Managed to set up the majority by myself using their guide, but there was a few things I needed help with and Sudhan & Jananee went above and beyond to help set it up and configure it how I needed it. Many thanks to both of them and I look forward to using the App.

I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. When I first signed up for the app I would not have rated it very highly. However, after only 45 minutes with Kavishan's expert help, my store is functioning exactly as I wanted it to. Before this app, I was lost and my customers were frustrated - I even had a second website ordering system to manage all the different customer types and their orders. Now, after Kavishan assisted me, I can manage only one website and all the different types of customers will be able to order exactly what they want.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Anzeige vom Lieferdatum wenn ich vom Checkout zum Warenkorb zurück gesprungen bin und habe daraufhin einen Zoom Termin mit dem Logbase vereinbart. Der Zoom Termin hat wie vereinbart stattgefunden und mein Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Obwohl mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist wurde mein Problem verstanden und es wurde sich Zeit für mich genommen. Ich kann Logbase jeden mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.
