We have some DNS issues, but support team menbers(especialy Ms.Sanya) were very kindly and taught me how to set up for this.
Because we are using Japanese host provider and I dont have any knowledge. Then I think they are not easy to check this time.
But finally issues are cleared!

I think it's a great app with lots of functions. For that and pleasant customer service via chat i would give a higher score (5 stars). However Omnisend is highly complex and I feel that live support such as phone and better still screen sharing would be very helpful indeed to get the best out of it. I have been chatting with support today and the guy I was taking to - Baka - has been super helpful and we have managed to resolve the initial issue. I am now waiting for some more information on another task. When I started my Omnisend account I had to employ the services of a third party expert. He was based in Australia and I am in the UK. It would be far more useful if this kind of support was in house and I would be able to get far more out of a system that I am paying a lot to use and barely scratching the surface with. I am a small business owner and as such i cannot invest days of time becoming an expert in the platform via academies and you tube videos. Every bit of software we use is complex and the best customer services are those that can literally walk you through exactly what needs to be done to complete a task.

I'll admit I was frustrated after getting an email about issues with my sender domain. I was sure that I had updated the settings and if it was still wrong, I didn't know why. Saleh with support offered to take a look and after reviewing the screen shot I sent, they guided me to exactly what next steps to take. I completed the updates successfully and felt really good at the support I got. Omnisend is responsive and super helpful! Saleh was professional and a wonderful help.

Thank you Mathías: BEST CUSTOMER CHAT SERVICE i have ever experienced. I've had many chat customer support experiences, by talking to Mathías was by far one of the best i've ever had. (no waiting line) Explanations are very precise & in a friendly way. He thinks along with the problems that I had and gave me some very useful insights. I just started my Omnisend account because I got stuck on another mailing platform (i was stuck on some things for a while...), but because of his explenations of the available features, which i will be using in the future, I will be building my mailing automation on Omnisend, which is now simply connected to my Shopify account (with his help). He also helped me with segmentations & much more. I'm still a free user but will be upgrading very soon. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it!
