I just spent hours setting up all automations, flows, and logic only to find out that Omnisend forms don’t embed and popups won’t show at all on my site. I contacted support and spoke with Irem, and honestly, this was the worst support experience I’ve had on Shopify in years. They: blamed the Horizon theme (false) claimed custom HTML can’t be injected (also false) said they “checked the code” and found nothing (despite screenshots and the code being there) offered zero actual debugging or solution passed responsibility back to me instead of fixing their broken app Every excuse, no ownership, no fix, just deflection. I’ve worked with dozens of Shopify apps. When something breaks, good teams help you solve it. This team just tried to make it not their problem. At this point it’s clear: they want the subscription, not the responsibility. Extremely disappointed. Hours wasted. And absolutely unacceptable support for a paid app.

i just wanted the plan you can see here on the app store, $16 / month - EVERYTHING in Free plan, plus: 6,000 emails/month instead, after installing the up. this plan dosen't exist, and they wanted to charge me 600$ / month!!! that is crazy

I spended so much time trying to configure this app. First - I was not able to validate my domain because the same validation method was used by track123. Second - Strange pricing policy, where I should pay for total amount of customers, not for actual amount of sent email. Third - MY FAILED DELIVERY RATE 30%! I never had any issues not with YOTPO not with Shopify Flow. Customer support ask me to speak with Shopify.

BIG MISTAKE Worst onboarding experience ever. I had to chase them so many times. They have layers for support that is dysfunctional. I was happy with Yotpo but they stopped SMS and they recommended to move these guys. Unfortunately waste of time and loss of potential revenue.

We recently integrated Omnisend for email and SMS marketing on our Shopify store IKONIAN, and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is very intuitive, well designed, and makes it easy to set up professional email flows, pop ups, and automations without feeling overwhelmed. The email editor is clean, fast, and flexible, and the built in templates are actually usable out of the box. What really stands out is how smoothly Omnisend integrates with Shopify and how clearly everything is laid out from subscriber growth to campaign performance. It feels like a tool built specifically for ecommerce, not a generic email platform. We’re still early in our journey, but onboarding has been smooth and support has been responsive. Beran is a legend. He happily walked me through the changes needed instead of just forcing me to read the articles. To be honest one of the reasons I was reluctant to move from Klavyio to Omnisend was the difference in the support level. But this helped us finalise our decision. Great work!

Omnisend has been a breeze and a huge breath of fresh air since we started to use it. We come from Klaviyo, and now we regret spending so much time, energy, lost nights and even money (although the money is the least important part) with Klaviyo, which is an outdated, clunky, and nearly impossible to use app (due to it's counterintuitiveness). But, in a way, I don't regret trying Klaviyo because now I know that I haven't missed anything by moving away from Klaviyo. So, if you're unsure, if you see most people online recommending Klaviyo, I say go for it, try it for yourselves for a couple of months, and then try Omnisend. - and I say this as a marketing manager working in marketing for nearly 20 years now. Klaviyo may be marginally more powerful in a few aspects, specifically, some extra segmentation features, and some extra flow logics and triggers/hooks - but these extra things are so marginal that you'll probably never use them unless you're some sort of a large corporate brand selling over multiple markets/countries, and coming up with some unnecessarily complicated campaign logics. Omnisend can do 90-95% of all that already, and they're improving every day. As a store and business owner, you'll spend most of your time in the marketing platform. If that's not a pleasure to work with, then you'll curse yours days. Omnisend will make you love your job again - that nice and easy and straightforward is to work with it. Omnisend's customer service is top. Always available within minutes, and always knowleadgeable and helpful. Klaviyo, literally, has no customer service (despite claiming they're the more advanced solution, and charging a higher premium for their service) other than 24 hour email - and most of the times they just give you basic/generic links to their help files, or just outright tell you they can't help you and that you need to hire your own developer or whatever - unnaceptable. Not to mention that Omnisend is fairly more affordable, and offers a much better deal on SMS plans too.

I am generally not good at setting up anything technical but was very relieved to find 24/7 chat support with Omni Send. I ran into some small issues (they seemed big to me) during set up and they helped me right through. I didn't have to watch 10 videos or go to an FAQ. An actual, competent person helped me right through! For that alone, I highly recommend.
