Kafkaesque hell. If you try to get a product deleted from Amazon, you end up in this nightmare: Set product/variations to inactive? Still pushed to Amazon. Set it to only sync price/inventory? Still pushed to Amazon. Want reliable channel control? Don’t walk away. Run. 0/10. Do not recommend.

The app is very helpful for cross platform listing management, but it can still be a bit complicated to navigate, which makes having the support team essential. What I really appreciate is that the support team is always willing to help, provides clear guidance, and patiently addresses every inquiry.

I am not sure if these folks are incompetent or just do not care, in either case, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My integration to Walmart and Amazon has been broken for over 7 months and it appears they have no clue how to fix issue. At times I feel I was the tester. Not worth your time if you are trying to build a business. Integration is not that hard, both amazon and walmart charged integration API; however, I know this was communicated to these people and they are just clueless on how to proceed. It is not that hard, if you know what how to do your job. I wonder how I can give a -5 star review.

Ganz nett, aber viel zu komplex in der Einrichtung. Mit einem verbundenen Amazon.de Konto werden Produkte auch auf den Amazon-Seiten anderer europäischen Länder ausgespielt, aber Bestellungen von dort erfordern, dass man die jeweiligen anderen Amazon Domains zusätzlich verknüpft. Das ist in der Einrichtung leider nicht beschrieben und führte dazu, dass einige Bestellungen nicht importiert wurden, die wir dann auch nicht nachholen konnten. Der Support ist sehr bemüht, aber eckt teils auch an, und behauptete sogar, dass Produkte nur mit Verknpüfung des Amazon-Kontos des jeweiligen Landes verwaltet werden können, was nicht stimmt, der Anleitung widerspricht, und dem Problem, mit welchem wir konfrontiert wurden. Drei Chat-Sitzungen waren daher erforderlich, um die App grundlegend zum Laufen zu bekommen. Nun läuft die App, aber die Verwaltung der Produkte ist noch immer ein Rätsel, da wir die Listings von unserem Amazon.de Konto verwalten können, aber gleichzeitig auch von den Amazon-Konten der anderen Länder.

RE: customer service - Had an issue setting up new listings on Amazon and syncing the inventory with Shopify... Joy V very quickly solved my many issues and got me back up and running RE: app - once set up, everything works great. i consider this an essential app for my store.

Recently tried integrating Etsy using Marketplace Connect and orders would not sync. We would receive orders on Etsy, and they would not show up on our Shopify store or even in the MC app. After many messages with their support team, they said that the reason is due to API rate limits on our account set by Etsy and in 24hrs they will reset and orders will flow. This is incorrect information, and this was confirmed by Etsy who gave the following response: "I see that your shop is based in the U.S. For your reference, for sellers shipping from the United States, as of October 21, 2024, Shippo and ShipStation are the only third-party shipping apps which, when integrated into your Etsy account, will automatically import and export all shipping-related data between your shop and the shipping partner. Please know that this restriction has nothing to do with rate limits. If an application/integration needs an increase to their rate limits, developers of the app are the ones who need to reach out to us and not their users." This app does not work with Etsy at all and they should not be advertising it as a solution.

It's not as good as you first think. If you decide to change or edit anything on eBay, like price or description, you will find that all edits will be lost as market marketplace connect overwrites them back to the original settings, deleting all your edits. The only option is to edit via Marketplace Connect, but this is complex and unintuitive. Why on earth can't they have a simple selection to stop Place Connect from making future edits? I will be looking into this more, BUT unfortunately, I will have to remove this app if it doesn't offer this one simple fix. For your sanity, i would be best to avoid

If I could give 0 I would. Had the tool for a week. Nothing worked right. Customer support said they were working on it, never fixed anything, always pushed me to ebay to fix instead of helping me find the answers. I heard this was once a good app. Avoid if you want any support at all.

I had an issue listing on Walmart due to random required fields for Candles. I connected with chat support at 5:30 PM PT on a Saturday. They helped me navigate through the errors and we are now listed on Walmart. Thank you, RAIN.

They were asking me to fill out a form to put my Brand name in so box, which I never found the form after pasting the link. It went to something entirely different, something about an account health check. Then they wanted me to take pictures of the product, which it couldn't be with my phone. Well I don't have a camera and I'm certainly not hiring a photographer. Then the product had to have my brand name on it. I have overv130 products, some have the brand name on it and some don't. Then they wanted pictures of the packaging. I use Uline boxes that I ship with and those boxes with delivery are not cheap. I don't have my own packaging. And there are other things they asked for as well that was just to far fetched. No thank you. I am not jumping through all these hoops . I agree with Throttle Designs (Jul 10,2025). I was only trying to list 2 products and support just couldn't help me. The error messages sentences ran together, which was very difficult to read. And it talked about my products should be the same that's in Amazon's catalog. Well, if I can't see what's in Amazon's catalog how can I know what to put in my listings? Duh.. The was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I tried for 5 days to list 2 products. Just terrible. Who needs the stress? I don't.

It's a shock how good this app is for any online business integration. It easily consolidates all main platforms within one dashboard on Shopify. Increased production while freeing up time, absolutely mind blowing. There is a bit of a learning curve with item mapping for different platforms but once you got that your flying. Customer support is excellent with technical service or learning how to use the app! Great Job

Buyer Beware – Avoid This App If I had known the amount of trouble this app would cause, I would have never used it. Unfortunately, I’m already too far in to turn back. Despite following the guidance provided by a representative, all of my images and data disappeared from eBay. No one wants to take responsibility—neither Shopify support nor the app’s customer service. Instead, they continue to blame the user. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience with no accountability.

This app and it's support is awful. I had to send 3 messages before I even got a reply, and even then sent 4 more messages with no follow up. Now I learned that apparently it doesn't even work with Etsy orders anymore so they've been doing nothing but wasting my time. If you're trying to use this with Etsy, DON'T EVEN BOTHER

I find this app to be more and more difficult to use. The settings for Amazon and Walmart are different (and probably other channels too), confusing interface and support takes all day to respond, and much of the time they are not helpful in solving issues. If you just need a cheap way to sync inventory and download orders from your Amazon store, then this can be it. Otherwise it's a no go for me.
