Would highly recommend Mailchimp with Shopify use. The team is always ready to help with any questions - Paul was especially helpful with my concerns thanks!

I am having trouble connecting this app to Shopify, but the customer service agent, Tiana, has been wonderful in helping me figure things out! Having great customer service makes all the difference in difficult technical situations, so thank you!

Application et services très intuitifs, très facile d'utilisation. Pas toujours facile cependant de maîtriser son design et la mise en page des newsletters. Mais ensuite ça se gâte. Je rencontre de nombreux problèmes de synchronisation avec shopify et d'intégration dans shopify. Par exemple je ne retrouve pas le même nombre d'abonnés côté shopify et côté mailchimp, il n'y a pas la possibilité de segmenter correctement par rapport à des chiffres d'affaire générés ou autre (contrairement à ce qui est régulièrement annoncé et mis en avant). Lorsque vous essayer d'avoir des explications avec le support. C'est lunaire. C'est le point très négatif: l'équipe support est un fake. D'où ma note. J'ai 3 problèmes en cours qui trainent depuis plusieurs semaines. Les réponses sont évasives, différentes selon interlocuteur, elle reporte l'investigation, et la résolution du problème sur l'utilisateur. Dernier exemple en date : le pop up pour l'inscription à la newsletter qui s'affiche sur mon site alors que je l'ai désactivé, puis supprimé depuis mailchimp (car ça ne fonctionnait pas). Il continuait à s'afficher malgré tout sur mon site. Le support m'a invité à faire appel à un développeur freelance ! Ce n'est pas l'aide que l'on attend d'un support. Malgré les nombreuses qualités de Mailchimp (mais que l'on trouve ailleurs) l'incompétence et la mauvaise fois de l'équipe support m'amènent à mettre cette note. À contre coeur.

Mortimer was so very helpful in answering all my questions! Everyone at Mailchimp is always so willing to help. We appreciate all the help.

Mailchimp works as it should. not sure on how it integrates with shopify as it's NEVER worked to make a sale. Rafael was good for help today on what he could do at least.

If you have the opportunity to use it, it is better to waste it. Good luck trying to cancel the subscription. They will charge ridiculously things when you try and won't let you until you pay.

Great experience!!! I'm not skilled at all with Apps, but Dean was very patient and guided me through this French version of my sign-up Form pop-up (and contacted me back when I accidentally left the chat!!) I hope Dean will be my Mailchimp assistant if I need help again in the future. Five stars are not enough.

Karol was so helpful and patient with my many questions. She explained everything quickly and clearly – that feels like a rare luxury!

David spent some time helping us with an issue with our bounce rate. Because he was not able to find the reason, he sent us some general information on high bounce rates, and has assured us he will be looking further into the issue for us and get back to us with more specific information by the end of today. We really appreciate his help with this issue, and we are eager to make sure this does not happen again.
