David is a CS GAWD - he diagnosed and walked me through step by step exactly what needed to be done to get my Shopify and Mailchimp synced and set up. Could not recommend enough... just wish the chat didn't go away when I navigated away from the tab but that's it. David's the man.

I'm still learning about the app as a new user, but so far pretty intuitive and easy to use app. Would love to have more flexibility and options with the email creation, but once I learn more maybe i will discover more features. Also, I have received very good support and help from Cyrus whilst having an issue with Shopify connection.

I feel as though I have paid into this account without using it, so I need to know how to pause it to learn more about how to use the app for my business.
