Worst experience ever. you can not use the app untill you fix a meeting with their team which takes 7 freaking days and only then you will be able to know how the app works. Very stupid

I recommend call service. please make it available. I talked in chat for 1 hour but didn't get any solution. when connected via google meet I got solution in only 5-10 minutes. so, helpline number is most need.

This very great app. It's genuinely reduced the number of fake orders in cod and gokwik did not charge anything for there services.

I liked the interface and the functioning of the application especially after using other alternatives, I find this app more suitable for beginners like me.

Good to talk to Mr Arora , Helped me lot to set up the App . But the actual app - CHeckout is very costly (2.5 % fees) . The CASH on delivery is free for 1000 order , but in the setting showing 2% fees . There should be no Prepaid now button in the final check out box .

The app needs some work in customization, rest assured, it works seamlessly, and their support team is helpful (unlike the Advanced CoD app where no one was actually listening). Manshi in particular was really understanding. Do ask for her if you need quick resolution.

It is a wonderful app covering all features which would be needed for any store with a cash on delivery payment method. Has a great support staff as well who are just a message away to help set this app up correctly for use. Recommend it!

I am currently utilizing this product and have encountered an issue that remains unresolved. Despite being assigned three customer support representatives, Shreya, Manshi, and Tushar, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I have provided a screen recording of the problem, but unfortunately, the support team has struggled to understand the issue and has only offered automated responses. I appreciate the efforts of the support team and would like to request further assistance to resolve this matter. I look forward to a more personalized and effective solution

Great service, quick turnaround from technical team and very patient support person. Also when I uninstalled the app thinking it is not working after many trials, I got a call from another team personnel asking for reason and telling me if any issues I can directly escalate to her. So I think they are really working to be a full fledged COD app.

This app is now the best option as Advanced COD has been disabled. I had a few issues initially but Pankaj and team sorted it out even though they had a tough weekend due to the rush of businesses flooding to get onboarded on the app. I am satisfied with the implementation and looking forward to future updates. Kudos to Pankaj for hand holding us through our issues and explaining it in detail. This app will enable us to increase conversions through their vast database and enable us to process COD orders seamlessly and securely. Its a no brainer for all COD needs!
