Be careful of using this app. We had only installed this app on our website, but were not able to get it working, and the kyc was incomplete as well. We were still charged though not a single order was placed through Gokwik checkout app. Also they added something called address prefill charges, though the app was not active on our website's theme. They were not able to explain the charges when we contacted them. It's really disappointing though as we had great expectations from them.

GoKwik has made accepting Cash on Delivery orders smooth and risk-free for my store. The integration with Shopify was effortless, and the OTP verification helped minimize fake COD orders and RTOs. Support is responsive and the dashboard is very user-friendly. Highly recommend if you want to improve COD success rate, speed up checkout, and reduce manual work managing orders.
