My experience with GoKwik has been extremely disappointing overall — except for one person: Sunil. He helped us with KYC and account approval quickly and was responsive and professional throughout. If it weren't for his support, I would have given only 1 star. However, once the KYC was done and our website (https://rudjap.com) went live, we started facing serious technical issues with the payment gateway – including slow checkout, payment popup failures, and redirection problems. Despite sending multiple emails, we have received no calls, no proper follow-up, and no resolution from the rest of the GoKwik team. It’s unfortunate that even after so much escalation, there is no accountability or urgency from their end. We are losing customers and revenue daily because of these unresolved issues. Sunil did his job perfectly, and I appreciate his dedication — but the overall support and technical handling by GoKwik has been extremely poor.
