My experience with GoKwik has been extremely disappointing overall — except for one person: Sunil. He helped us with KYC and account approval quickly and was responsive and professional throughout. If it weren't for his support, I would have given only 1 star. However, once the KYC was done and our website (https://rudjap.com) went live, we started facing serious technical issues with the payment gateway – including slow checkout, payment popup failures, and redirection problems. Despite sending multiple emails, we have received no calls, no proper follow-up, and no resolution from the rest of the GoKwik team. It’s unfortunate that even after so much escalation, there is no accountability or urgency from their end. We are losing customers and revenue daily because of these unresolved issues. Sunil did his job perfectly, and I appreciate his dedication — but the overall support and technical handling by GoKwik has been extremely poor.

We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it. Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.

However, within a few hours, I received a call from Mr. Maus, who personally took charge of the situation. He promptly coordinated with his team and ensured that the KYC setup the same day and Gokwik implementation was completed smoothly across both my websites. I truly appreciate the quick response, professionalism, and dedication shown by Mr. Maus and his team. While the start was rocky, the way the issue was handled shows that Gokwik does care about its customers. Grateful for the support and now very satisfied with the service.

Horrible Horrible experience with this app. Its been more than a months since I installed this app but it's not working. The customer support is zero. They ignore your chats, emails and there is on-call support at all. You will be stuck and loose your business if you are relying on their check-out and payment apps.

We are not using the app due to an internal decision to offer multiple payment gateways but giving 5 stars as the functionality of the checkout itself seemed good and the problems in uninstalling the app were promptly resolved by the support team despite them not being sure of the possibility of future business. Will be open to using this or any other service from GoKwik in the future as well.
