Their customer support team is great! You can get through to them by Live Chat pretty much instantly. Their CS/product teams are knowledgeable and spend time helping you through issues and queries. They've helped me out a lot in the past year!

Facturation abusive, j'ai installé l'appli et payé un frais mensuel de 400$, je l'ai essayé 4 jours seulement avant de tout desactivé, et veillé à la desinstaller avant le nouveau cycle de facturation. Ils m'ont quand même redébité 400$. Je suis choquée!!

After subscribing and making payment, I was unable to access my account for two full days. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, their support team offered absolutely no effective solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

My Klaviyo account was hacked, and trying to recover it has been an exhausting experience. I’ve provided every possible piece of verification they asked for — except one email address I’ve never even seen before, which is the whole reason I need help in the first place. Instead of helping resolve the issue, support keeps passing me from one representative to another with no continuity or progress. For a platform that manages customer data and email security, the account recovery process should be far more user-friendly and reliable. This has made me seriously reconsider using Klaviyo at all. As it is, I did not find the app very user friendly or beneficial.

Es ist und bleibt schwierig, Ein Upgrade des Abonnements kann nur mit Kreditkarte durchgeführt werden. Wird kein Upgrade durchgeführt, kein Support der dazu was sagen kann. Wird keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt, ist kein Upgrade möglich. Das ist ja was ich hier schreibe. Man bekommt eine Antwort die nicht das Problem löst. Ihr wollt, dass ich ein upgrade durchführe, dies ist aber nur möglich wenn man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Habt Ihr dafür keine andere Möglichkeit? Es bleibt bei einem Stern.

Great application with the absolute worst tech support I have ever experienced. Confused about their own product, non-responsive, and basic help takes MONTHS. I have been dealing with an issue since essentially day 1, and it still is not resolved. Expect weeks to go by without a response. Expect to repeat yourself 3-4 times every time your issue is escalated because apparently they don't read notes. Expect the help to not solve the actual issue, and have to repeat the entire process again. If you are not tech savvy and adept and implementing solutions yourself, BUYER BEWARE. You are on your own.

My issue was resolved, but I experienced over 500 random bot sign-ups through Klaviyo, which forced me to spend around an extra $100 to cover the additional charges. After being billed for three months, I requested either a refund or a discount, as the issue wasn’t my fault — but my request was declined. As a loyal customer, I found this quite disappointing and lacking any gesture of goodwill. Update: I have been credited the amount by their helpful support staff, I have changed to 5 stars :)

Horrible, money hungry company. If you don't pay up front, you get no support whatsoever. I can't even ask support a question until I hand them over my money. Sickening. Integration was not seamless at all either. Took forever and then they said our industry was prohibited when we tried to set up SMS. WHAT?? Natural Skincare?? WOW.

Been using for many years. It's a 5-star product with a ton of capability. It's pricey, but if you have the revenue, it's worth the features. Using for email & sms. If you're considering, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I am yet to use this marketing tool to its full potential, however, 5 stars for the support, especially Gio for his detailed clarification and understanding on what I needed help with.
