Van has been extremelly helpful. I had some custom coding requests and she was extremelly patient and solved all my problems.

Customer support was always immediately available for multiple issues and also provides helpful tips on how to use the plugin correctly.

Easy to use, bit of complications with getting the reviews onto the product page but that was just me not looking in the right places, but a bit difficult to find, would highly recommend the imports from other apps and the google hook up is a major reason we installed this and its worked great.

I use Judge.me on all 3 of our shopify stores. The App is great and features work well. Good response rate and good follow up. I have never had an issue that was not resolved immediately.

This app can do everything I need it to, and the price is the most reasonable on the market. There was a bug with a small feature of the app, but the team fixed it right away when I told them about it. There was no "we'll put it on the list of things to fix with the next update", the dev team just fixed it on the spot. Thanks to Felix on the support team for the help.
