I want to love it but its glitchy and a number of things don't work well. Changing settings does not seem to have an effect, I had to get tech help to change code to get things to work and I will have to do so again with a new theme update likely.

The customer service for this app is TOP TIER. I was adding the UGC media widget and there was a feature I wanted to change the appearance of to streamline visual overwhelm. I ask for help with something very simple, and Claudio doesn't understand everything. 20 minutes of conversation and in the end he doesn't even help me find the solution and leaves me all alone. For the price of the application, this isn't right.
