Absolutley disappointed! We used Judge.me for our other stores before, without any problem. When we started using for this store, they made an update, that deleted ALL personalized emails, coupon setting, EVERYTHING. Emails were not sent to customers, we lost a lot of money on this. We reached out to them, but they keep delaying the solution for weeks and weeks now, while we keep paying the fee also, without using the app. Overall, since the new update, it is a complete disaster, before the update it was a VERY good app. Such a shame.

The app is easy to setup and use, have most of the needed functions. Customer service responds quick and being helpful with everything.

We moved from another app that we loved but was too expensive. Judge.me was a little tricky to transfer over as we needed to move all our reviews but we worked it out and support has been very helpful from their end. Thanks!

We’ve just started using Judge.me and overall it has some really solid features. Importing reviews was straightforward and the display widgets look good on our store. The ability to automate review requests and offer discounts is a big plus. That said, we’ve run into a few bugs and quirks that make it feel a little rough around the edges at times. Some settings don’t update right away, and the interface can be a bit confusing until you get used to it. Nothing deal-breaking, but it does need more polish. The big positive is their chat support- it’s excellent. Every time we’ve had an issue, their support team has been quick to help and walk us through fixes, which makes the bugs much easier to deal with. So far it does what we need, and with their support I’m confident it’ll keep improving.

I upgraded to a paid plan as was having a few issues. Support desk was amazing. Binh answered all my questions and made it super easy to implement onto my Shopify site. Highly recommend.

A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience. I encountered several bothersome bugs in the template editor. The most frustrating issue is the what you see is not what you get problem, where the live email does not always match the preview in the editor. This makes it impossible to trust the tool, forcing you to constantly send test emails to verify every change. Additionally, the customer-facing flow is broken and cannot be fixed. For example, the review page mixes my chosen language with English, and there is no way to edit or correct this. The lack of proper language support is a major flaw. Finally, the support was mediocre. I lost my patience after a few hours of trying to get help, and I don't feel they will provide a timely solution. Due to these unresolved issues, I am looking for an alternative.

Omgeee I was having a hard time trying to get my review to show. I reached out and immediately received assistance. The first person who knew my issue was out of their hands transferred me to Binh. Binh's amazing. Binh helped w| everything from adding the widgets to the correct places, transferring my reviews to the right spots and keeping me informed on what accessibility I have without having to upgrade. [Which I will when I start getting sales]. But thank you so much!! I am relieved and extremely happy!! I will stay using this reviews app & will brag about the service to everyone I know who owns a store. Thank you again!

I was on the free version and I got help in setting up my reviews importing from Klaviyo. Brian went above and beyond and I upgraded to the paid version. Would recommend because the customer support is to good!
