I downloaded this app after years of using another reviews app and this one is so much better - user friendly, lots of customization options and looks nice on my website!

The customer support on this app is excellent — quick, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues come up. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience using it. However, the performance could be improved during peak seasons, as things can slow down when traffic is high. In addition, the current limit on picture review uploads makes it harder to manage large batches efficiently. With these improvements, the app would be perfect.
