レビューに写真を添付できる部分がとても重宝しています。アプリの使い方も簡単です。 カスタマーサポートも親切で、ライブチャットですぐに対応していただけます。過去には顧客の実名が表示されるなどの不具合もありましたが、改善されました。システムのアップデートも定期的に行われているようです。 1点、顧客がレビューを投稿した際や、こちらでレビューを編集した際にJudge.meより顧客にメールが届くようなのですが、メールの内容が店舗側では把握できない部分が常々感じている不安要素ではあります。 写真投稿機能がある限り、今後も使い続けたいです。

This app is so full of features and is updated on a regular basis. It has a high level of customization and I have found the developers to be responsive to customer requests and suggestions. The free plan is more than enough to get a new loyalty program started, but there are a ton of features we’re looking forward to adding when budget allows.
