The tool is good with lots of features. It lacks a but on customization options and language options. There support team though is AMAZING and always helpful available 24/7.

The automation for review requests works seamlessly, and the support team is quick, responsive, and very helpful. A great tool for boosting credibility and improving conversions!

Multiple times I have had to communicate issues with wrong posting of reviews and instead of them verifying - they make us do it multiple times and choose not to update the process. Very frustrating and if you look at their 5 star rating doesn't appear to be accurate.

good product but having theme colours behind a paywall is a bit you know but 15 a month isnt too bad.
