As a website owner who doesn't do code, Soulaimane helped get the app running for in minutes - Great job thanks:) Can't wait to see how the app helps to elevate my store in the coming months!

It looks nice when its uploaded and displaying. However, it's not as user friendly when setting it up or on the collection page for that matter. Also there is no way to submit review request through text message. If you don't get the customer email it will be hard to get a review.

Van was exceptionally patient and helpful in dealing with my request. Rather than me struggling to work out why some things were not fully functioning she took control and resolved the issues. Love the product and looking forward to my customers using it after site launch...RyeCentral

So far the free option seems to be working great. A little manual work getting reviews from etsy to shopify. Also, if the product is sold out and the listing is not active, you cannot assign that review, so I am seeing if I can just add it to the store. Overall, for free this has everything I need as a micro business to get reviews listed.

I've been using Judge.me for about a year, and it is pretty good from a user-implementation standpoint, and how it displays on my Shopify store. I don't think I've used all the features, such as "sales attributed to Judge.me" but I'm just trying to first get some credibility to show for visitors to my store.

Felix from Judge.me support was amazing! He guided us to fix an issue on our homepage review carousel, where the “Read more reviews” button was just refreshing the homepage. He shared the instructions link, which we just followed to set up the necessary page, and he handled the rest. The issue is now completely fixed!

Excellent reviews app with a free option and paid tiers with additional services. I've just started using the free tier as I've recently started my business and am satisfied with the Review Widget (easy to install and display in my store) and the Automated Review Requests, which are linked to my orders and sent automatically – exactly what I needed! Once my business grows I'll definitely be considered the paid tiers to access more flexibility and tools to harvest and display reviews.
