Judge.me seems to have all the core features you could imagine for a review collection app. Their interface is great and they are well integrated with Shopify. I was especially happy to see a very responsive support team. They responded instantly whenever I needed any help, from setting up the review widgets to the review emails. I also had one support staffer jump into my Gempages landing page to add some custom code because the Judge.me widget wasn't available for that type of page. She also took all of my requests to tune the look and functionality of the block in Gempages to exactly my liking. Overall, great app, even better support!

It’s super easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and has a ton of customization options to fit your store’s design. The automatic review request emails save so much time, and the ability to showcase photo and video reviews makes a big difference in building trust with customers.

Support was amazing - probably the best experience I've ever had. No kidding. Fast, responsive, knew their info. SO HELPFUL! I'm sticking with these guys for sure. Honestly, I hate reaching out for support. I usually can figure it out faster than they help - but this time I was so glad I did reach out! Totally saved time. 10 STARS!

Well, it took a support person to set up my carousel, I couldn't even alter the colors ect. myself. That is a shame. But the support was quick and it was solved easily.
