The app itself also looks great and has lots of features. Great to start out and test it for free, and then progress to the paid version when we're ready.

Absolutely amazing. The onboarding was quite smooth but the best part is the customer support. Very quick and thorough. The chatbot itself was unlike a chatbot. I really love how easy this is to use and how many features are built into the free tier. It's a really great tool for gathering reviews automatically and it works well. I wish there were more ways to fit the style of the template more closely but it works fine as-is.
