So far so good. The app seems easy to use, customizable and support is great! Several of the support staff have responded very quickly to my requests.

Super application, beaucoup de personnalisations possibles même sans prendre le forfait le plus cher (personnalisation des emails de demande d'avis, choix de la fréquence d'envoi, import d'avis via un fichier CSV, modération). Le tableau de bord est très complet et très intuitif, on peut gérer tous les avis d'un seul endroit, consulter les avis par produit ou par date de création, répondre aux avis, voir les statistiques des produits les mieux notés, ceux avec le moins de notes... Le support est aussi très réactif, merci à Soulaimane qui m'a répondu en quelques minutes ! Je recommande

Soufiane a été d'une immense aide pour l'implémentation de Judge Me sur notre site. Nous avions une autre application de Reviews et quelques particularité technique car notre produit star n'est pas une fiche produit classique et il a pris le temps de m'aider et de prendre en mains les sujets que je n'arrivais pas à mettre en place. C'est extrêmement précieux comme accompagnement et clairement quelque chose qui m'avait manqué chez l'autre app que j'utilisais avant et qui coutait beaucoup beaucoup plus cher. Je recommande vivement et remercie encore Soufiane pour son aide.

We are still in the first few months of using the app, but so far have been impressed by the features and especially the customer service. The app and features are generally pretty intuitive to navigate and set up, while their documentation for support in addition to the live support are excellent.

I mean it's a very simple app to use, I get an email when a customer leaves a review and then I can choose to publish the review or not, and I can reply to the review publicly or privately. The reviews show up on the product pages nicely. I have zero complaints or problems.
