Great product, easy to understand, very simple to set up, navigation is a breeze, and their customer service is top notch, which I am happy to speak about in further detail. As mentioned, set up was very simple. However, I did have few questions (which I typically do), so I created a chat session and within seconds, Cassiano responded cheerfully and professionally. He answered all my questions quickly and explained everything very clearly. Cassiano even took an extra step and provided a visual, which was a photo of the location on Judge.me, that I needed to go to so I could complete an important task. Now that's what I call customer service! Cassiano saved me time, and time as they say is money. Thank you very much Cassiano, exceptional customer service is one of the most important aspects for any business, and you it nailed sir!

Setup and customization has been very easy and straight forward with judge.me, and customer service has been great. I had a question on changing background color and they got back to me in a few minutes and implemented custom code to fix the background color. 100% reccommended.

I would definitely recommend this app. It's straightforward and gives you plenty of room to customize. Support is VERY helpful. Definitely one of the better options out there and it's reasonably priced too.
