I am new to Shopify and Judge.me Product. Abraao immediately noticed I submitted a CSV file with Judge.me reviews and reached out to me for any questions or concerns. The first and second attempt, I kept receiving an error message "We couldn't find the product with this product_url." Abraao provided me a work around. The third attempt it worked. I love this app, it increases my conversion rate and its really easy to get reviews when you offer a discount! :). Staff is supper friendly and helpful to incase you have something random you want to change.
