I thought first, that you can't change the text color of the reviews and the color of the stars, so I deinstalled the app. But Abderrahman from Judge.me sent me an Email, that it's possible and he can do it for me. So he did! Everything fine now, even some more changes I asked him he solved all perfectly <3. Just can recommend this app!

This company has been amazing and their support is unmatched. Every issue I have is fixed instantly and they are all very friendly and happy to help. I had ShopperApproved in the past and they are great for companies that have huge budgets. For companies big and small, i do recommend Judge.me as they are just phenomenal and their cost for what they provide is unmatched.

I had a query regarding my app and changing some things on the review page. The agent could not have been more helpful (Jess). She asked for the information, went away and within minutes she'd already done what I needed without any hesitation. This is quite possibly the best app I have on my store and the helpdesk has always been amazing!

Amazing app and super awesome customer service, they (Jess) even predected what I want to do next to make the app match my theme after going through the store on the spot. and all of that while I am using the free version, now imagine on the paid version!! Even with the free plan, you can display reviews sufficiently. Additionally, the chat representative (Jess in this case) guided me through the installation and necessary settings very politely and with a quick response, even with the free plan.

Easy to install, and amazing customer service via the chat feature! Can't say enough about the response time and little extras the person did to help me setup the app. He changed the colors of my review stars to match my store etc. Fantastic service.

Felix was super helpful and solved my issue immediately - I had redone my product listing so the reviews were on the archived product. They were most efficient at transferring the reviews to the active listing.

App is amazing and intuitive but you have to put in the screen time to learn all the rich functionality. Support is first-class, customer service reps reach-out to you as soon as you install the app to see if you need assistance and quickly answered all my rapid fire questions throughout my learning process (here's looking at you Claudio). Worth the investment and can't beat the price. Go with Judge.Me if you're on the fence.

Great review app. also very easy to import all of my reviews from my previous magento 2 platform (via csv file) and adding them to my new shopify store. Tons of options that I look forward to utilizing.

CS helps right away when I set up the app. Would be great if they can allow sending the authorization to us who is actually administering the app.

The chat / help feature with a real person is great. Abraão was very helpful with helping me troubleshoot my problem and think about a solution to a future issue before it's a problem. I'm new to the app, so making sure the widget was set up correctly and learning about review carousels and pages was a great introduction to the app. Great chat feature and customer service agent!

This app is just perfect. We had so much trouble with another app trying to integrate another reviews account we've had for years, so switched to Judge Me just to test it really but the support for even the free version has been nothing short of incredible.
