I think this app is so terrible that I'm almost positive that they are cherry picking reviews. My god the UX is so bad and the smug support people are terrible. I hate this app :) Figuring out now how to extract our reviews and move on from the pile of trash that is Judge me.

Wonderful app. Easy to use. Includes more features than your typical review app. Also, and this is huge for me ... customer support is prompt and clear! Oh and they're not gouging shop owners. I mean at $15 per month with no hidden costs, I'm pretty happy :)

I was helped by a guy named Ron who was incredible- really used his initiative to not only help me with my issue, but to add my logo, adjust the star colour to keep it looking visually consistent with my website, and just could not have been more helpful. The app seems solid, but Ron is the factor that's making a significant difference for me!

just set up the widget, had a small problem but Ron helped me immediately and was extremely quick and helpful with his answers. Very refreshing to chat to real humans and wrangle with bots

I had the pleasure of working with Ron from this company. He was able to assist me with setting up the widget for my first store review. I was so overwhelmed with getting set up that Ron was like an angel being sent down to help me. Ron was very patience with me and took his time with even selecting the right colors to match my website. It's great having that person who cares and understand that everyone is not going to be computer and tech savvy.
