I’m new to using Judge.me, and I’m still learning my way around. I had an issue late at night and sent a message around 11:30 PM EST. To my surprise, I received a response within minutes, and my problem was quickly resolved. I’m extremely pleased with the fast turnaround time and the excellent support I received. I am in love with this app! I am not tech savvy at all so doing anything online is an instant nightmare as it doesn’t take me a lot to feel overwhelmed. Sitting here hopelessly trying to work things out I opened Judge me chat box and within seconds my worries were gone. Han from judge me helped me with all my questions, sorted things out that I couldn’t figure out iin seconds. Her responses were quick and precise and she was very helpful sending me a lot of easy to follow guides and previews to requested changes and outcomes. I can highly recommend the Judge.me app for reviews. Had it on my shop for over a year, no issues whatsoever with collecting and reviewing Reviews. Works seamlessly. Had a bit of a challenge to get DNS verification for the email return path, but the support team helped me out and sorted it within 15min of my contacting them. Shout out to Rodrigo! 5 Star service :)

This app is fantastic! Since I downloaded it, my reviews have increased, and I really appreciate the ability to add photos—something my previous app lacked. Additionally, the customer service is fast and efficient! I've contacted them a couple of times, and they always respond quickly to resolve my issues.
