There was an issue where reviews weren’t showing on the main page, and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes after reporting it. I’m really impressed with the quick response.

The only thing I don't like so far, is that people who vote whether a review is helpful or not can't change their selection one chosen. So if you accidently down vote a review (saying it's unhelpful), it can't be undone. Or if you change your mind, it can't be undone.

The app is good but some things are a bit difficult to navigate, however the help chat is SO HELPFUL. I was speaking with Soufiane and he was helping me to import reviews from a previous third part app and I was having difficulty. He told me to do one thing and he did the rest. My day was made.
