I had issues importing a review from one of my Danish site over to the International site and the team supported me with that and helped me fix the problem in 5 minutes. Amazing customer experience. Not only did Ron help me with my issue, he pointed out several other things he could do for me to help make my site better. I'm very impressed.

The setup was straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use! It would be awesome to have a 'delete' option for reviews, especially for practice ones created to see how they appear on the site. Right now, you can only hide reviews, which can make the folder a little cluttered with both published and hidden reviews. When sending review requests manually, they have to be sent individually, though clients who check out from the site receive all reviews in one email. It would be great if I could send multiple reviews in a single email to customers who made in-person purchases.

Shortly after I downloaded the app, I had a lot of questions. A chat window popped up from Ron asking if I needed any help. I needed alot of help getting started!!! Oh my goodness, creating a new website and all the components is a bit overwhelming.
