日本のアプリではありませんが、他のレビューアプリから切り替えたところ、お客様からのレビュー回収率が格段に上がりました。管理画面が英語なので分かりづらい点もありますが、翻訳ソフトを併用しながらカスタマーサポートに問い合わせても丁寧に対応してもらえます。チャットから問い合わせましたが即時返信が来てとても助かりました。

First of all, the free function of this app has met the review needs of my website, it is very easy to use. Secondly, the customer service is great, the reply message is very fast, and it is very convenient to send pictures when communicating with the customer service. I strongly recommend it!!! Everything is great!

Great alternative too L0*x This app is way more cheaper. However if you have multiple store it will need some patience since there are some issues with the export and import of reviews as it require you to match the order ID and other images doesn't match even if it's correct in the file. But overall, their support team are wonderful and will be there to help you out! Kudos.
