As a small business start up in the United States, I have loved Judge.me! Easy to send reviews and display them in various areas with the FREE widgets. We are considering upgrading to the paid plan to help run campaigns and unlock some additional customizations, but the free plan has all the basics you need. Customer support was also available via chat and helped me write away.

Really easy to use and set up. The free service is really nice and I don't feel like I'm missing too much by using it free.

Actually pretty great. Never had better customer service. I opened the live chat feature at 1:00am CST on a Thursday and I got a response within 20 seconds and resolution with 1 minute. Brian was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
