Incredibly frustrating experience. I have spent over 8 hours trying to get Judge.me to work. Your support claims to be 24/7 — it’s not (or if it is, it’s buried so deep I couldn’t find it when I needed it most). I tried watching the "10-minute tutorial" — the first thing the narrator says is “over the next 15 minutes,” but the video is actually 8 minutes long. That’s not just confusing — it breaks trust right away. And let’s not even start on the funereal background music. The video and onboarding are created from Judge.me’s point of view, not the user's. I just wanted to import my reviews and display them on my product page — something that should be simple, but was anything but. The UI lacks clear steps, the documentation assumes you already know how the platform works, and there’s zero in-context help. If your app is going to market itself as beginner-friendly, it needs to deliver actual step-by-step onboarding, accessible support, and clear, user-centered design. As it stands, this has been one of the most exhausting app experiences I’ve had on Shopify. AND when you go to the website Judge.me it says Customer support 24/7 expert support, 5* rated IT IS A DEAD LINK!!!

Turned out fixing video thumbnail issues wasn't permanent as promised by Judge.me. Contacted support three times and every time its promised to be fixed, and its still not fixed. Requiring the customer to re-implement a Judge.me fix to display video thumbnails correctly to our liquid.theme file, every time we update our Shopify theme is simply not a feasible or realistic solution. If Judge.me cant display a video thumbnail correctly in a review, then theres no point in having the feature to begin with.

Such an easy, user friendly app and when I needed help with some queries the customer service from Van was amazing, really helpful and got it done without a worry! Highly reccomend.

Customer support with Oualid was exceptional. He helped walk me through a code issue I was having step by step. I’m not a technical person or trained in code, but with his help and using chatGPT to interpret and communicate my issue we got it resolved quickly. Super happy with the app and customer service.

Simple à installer, oui et surtout avec un service d'accompagnement en live réactif, patient et efficace. Avec cette application, on n'est pas seul face au problème, et ça c'est important pour nous. A suivre pour l'utilisation au quotidien ensuite.

Overzichtelijk app, makkelijk te installeren en makkelijk in gebruik. Bij onduidelijkheden is de customer service heel goed te bereiken en helpen je tot het ook echt geregeld is. Perfect!
