Had changed themes and the background colour was not editable. I contacted support and they fixed the issue right away. I love the app and works well with Shopify!

I haven't really tried the app yet, but Abraão in the customer support who I chatted with was amazing! He helped me with the download, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot!) patiently and thoroughly. So far I am very pleased and the customer service aspect is very important for me. Five stars!

We use Judge.me on three stores and love it! Support is there to help whenever we have issues. Judge.me is a no-brainer if you have a Shopify store. It's always the first app we install on new stores.

The app does the basics fine, but some of the supposed features have significant bugs in them, and the support team won't acknowledge them, they just say "send in a feature request for future development". If you have one plain vanilla site this app might work fine, but anything complicated like multiple stores you want to sync reviews across you'd be better of going somewhere else...
