I am a beginner in Shopify and this app is so easy to use! Also the customer service is great! Would recommend this app for beginners!

I would definitely recommend this app to others. Victor did an amazing job by taking on my website remotely to apply the necessary changes for my customers to be able to leave ratings and reviews. I think this is a great way for customers to engage and to buy by seeing what others like them have to say about a product.

I am on free trial day one, it's not even live yet, and I have received stellar support from their dev team. They practically did all of the work for me; importing my previous reviews and setting it up as desired. I can't wait to see how it performs. It looks beautiful so far! I highly recommend judge.me and for the price you get a lot of features.

Mixed, and I am willing to update this after I used it more often. I was off to a rocky start and that is (IMHO) the biggest weakness of this app. The tutorial and everything is made from an inside out view. Its all centered around this product. It is not designed from the perspective of a business. So it uses a lot of terminology (Judge.me-speak) that makes sense to them, not necessary to an outsider. I had a great experience with a member of the support team on chat and that helped a lot. The app is also FULL OF FUNCTIONALITY. There is lots of stuff and its very tempting to clickk here and ther and switch on all the lights- turning your shop into a bazar. Unfortunately there is little guidance on a strategic use of this tool that is most appropriate. Example: one of the first things I discovered in horror that its default is to send each customer an email asking for a review after each purchase. This may sound great to some, but for repeat buyers, this is just spamming, bordering on harassment. Luckily I found the setting BEFORE the first emails were sent... My impression after the first few days. this may change over time as I am getting more familiar with the tool and how to use it in a way tht complements MY business in the best possible way.

The videos were confusing, support was unreachable, and the video if you know you know, and I was genuinely heartbroken over how much time I’d lost. And then came Noah. Noah didn’t just respond — they rescued the situation. With patience, warmth, and a level of professionalism that’s rare these days, Noah fixed everything: ✔️ Reviews assigned to the right products ✔️ Widgets styled and showing up beautifully ✔️ My imported reviews verified and displayed ✔️ My Review Medal activated all in real time And here’s the kicker: Noah did all of this on a site that isn’t even live yet. ORIGINAL POST- Incredibly frustrating experience. I have spent over 8 hours trying to get Judge.me to work. Your support claims to be 24/7 it’s not (or if it is, it’s buried so deep I couldn’t find it when I needed it most). I tried watching the "10-minute tutorial" the first thing the narrator says is “over the next 15 minutes,” but the video is actually 8 minutes long. That’s not just confusing it breaks trust right away. And let’s not even start on the funereal background music. The video and onboarding are created from Judge.me’s point of view, not the user's. I just wanted to import my reviews and display them on my product page — something that should be simple, but was anything but. The UI lacks clear steps, the documentation assumes you already know how the platform works, and there’s zero in-context help. If your app is going to market itself as beginner-friendly, it needs to deliver actual step-by-step onboarding, accessible support, and clear, user-centered design. As it stands, this has been one of the most exhausting app experiences I’ve had on Shopify. AND when you go to the website Judge.me it says Customer support 24/7 expert support, 5* rated IT IS A DEAD LINK!!!

This app has been working great for me! It's easy to implement the widgets and everything just seems to come together really well. I've also talked to their customer support and they were extremely helpful. They were very thorough in helping me solve a problem I had.
