The AI-powered inquiry responses are highly accurate, and many times, they help resolve any uncertainties. When I have directly asked questions via chat to a representative, I always receive prompt responses, which I greatly appreciate. I am very satisfied with the support; however, I find it a bit challenging to fully understand and utilize some of the features due to the lack of Japanese language support. I believe that adding Japanese language support would be a huge help for Japanese users! Since the app is commonly used in Japan, I would be very grateful if you could consider this.

This is my first review on the Shopify App store, because this is the best app we've ever installed! There are 10 times more features than our former review collection tool, for a fraction of the price. I still can't believe how much we can do with Judge.me for $15 a month. The set up took a little longer because, as a luxury resale store selling pre-owned authentic items, we only collect store reviews, when the app is by default ready-to-use for product reviews. We had to tweak a couple things, but the support team was super responsive (barely any wait time to chat with a real person), always had solution for all my requests and was willing to help beyond sharing links to articles. Thank you Judge.me!

Judge.me has been a resounding success for us—effective, easy to use, and pretty much exactly what I need. There are a few minor hiccups, of course, but the support team is probably the best and fastest I've experienced. Most importantly, though, unlike so many other Shopify apps, the free version is actually fully functional!
