in app messaging with live team is a big help. if you dont know how to do something you can accept them as a collaborator and they will help you. This is a big help when apps do this. Ive had a solid experience so far with this app.

There was an update that left me lost, as I was struggling to find where to change the color of something. Thankfully Hoang understood my struggle and kindle explained that it needed to be done by CSS code and that he could do it all from his end. Great and quick service!

The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.
