I am cancelling while still in my trial membership, Thank God for that at least. I will not get back all of the time I wasted trying to make this work for my store. They do not have a phone number and they just stopped responding to my emails (it has been a weeek and i even followed up twice!)....total waste of time!!!

I just switched over to Judge.me from another review app and they've been very helpful getting reviews imported and everything else set up. I used them for years in a previous role and just transitioned my new job to Judge.me. This app is great and so affordable!

My CSV import from another review providers headers were off, and instead of just telling me how to change the headers myself, Rodrigo, changed them and sent me a new CSV that uploaded perfectly.
