The free plan offers a convenient and trusted method of REVIEWS from Customers. The UPGRADED PLAN is relatively inexpensive and I may give that a try when my new business picks up. They also send out automated review requests although follow-up requests require a paid plan. CUSTOMER SERVICE was by Instant Messenger (not sure if they have live phone support) but they responded quickly and took care of my issue. What else can I say, it works.

Best review app! They automatically send out review request emails, and they have this "Verified" badge which adds trust to the new customers checking out the reviews on your website.
