I attempted to upgrade my Jotform plan through Shopify using their advertised 60% annual discount. Despite multiple attempts and providing screenshots, the discount never applied. Over 8 different support agents responded, but I received repeated generic replies without real progress or escalation to a supervisor. After 5+ days of back-and-forth, I still couldn’t upgrade at the correct price and couldn’t use the app in the meantime. Eventually, I uninstalled the app due to the delay and lack of resolution. If the support is this poor for a simple inquiry, I can’t imagine how bad it would be in an actual emergency. Here is my communication that way everybody can see what i went through before i decide to write a review. I love Jotform, so far so good!! I have lots of content on my website and visitors ask questions and it provides smart comprehensive answers leaving them happy and saying "thank you"! It also does a great job answering all queries related to customer orders on my Shopify store and that leaves me with more time to do other stuff! Essential tool for any online business.
