I attempted to upgrade my Jotform plan through Shopify using their advertised 60% annual discount. Despite multiple attempts and providing screenshots, the discount never applied. Over 8 different support agents responded, but I received repeated generic replies without real progress or escalation to a supervisor. After 5+ days of back-and-forth, I still couldn’t upgrade at the correct price and couldn’t use the app in the meantime. Eventually, I uninstalled the app due to the delay and lack of resolution.
If the support is this poor for a simple inquiry, I can’t imagine how bad it would be in an actual emergency.

I have received an update, and accordingly, you signed up via Shopify, and when trying to make a payment, you are being forwarded to Shopify Checkout. They do not offer the discounted prices and is the reason why you are seeing the regular price. Can you try going to the pricing page, then upgrade your account from there? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bottom line: If you plan to purchase through Shopify, be aware that promotions may not apply and support may take days without a clear solution.
