It's great, although I'd prefer more automated options for bulk product setup. Especially of wall art where all mine needs to be is centered and scaled to fit.

If you're looking for a print-on-demand platform with a global presence, Gelato is an excellent choice. Their extensive network of production facilities ensures fast production and shipping times. Their customer service is both responsive and helpful. But what truly sets Gelato apart is its exceptional print quality – it's simply top-notch.

A lot of times, Gelato's printing partners print the shipping label but never actually ship the package, and when you bring the issue to their attention they reply with a copy and paste: "Unfortunately, in this particular case, I will not be able to process a refund/reprint as it has been more than 30 days since the order was supposed to be delivered. Please let us know if you have any questions." This has happened way too many times this year. It is very frustrating because I am a Gelato+ user, and I have thousands of orders monthly, so I am unable to check the tracking of every single order on a daily basis! I check when my customer complains that they never received an order, or when an order is late and hasn't been shipped. I also had to close one my sales channel due to late shipping from Gelato. They would delay, delay and when the customer requested to cancel the order (on that platform they receive refund immediately if there is no tracking yet) Gelato would then issue a tracking number almost immediately, and mark as "shipped", so I ended up shipping hundreds of products for my customers out of my pocket, because Gelato claimed it was shipped (just because they created a label- but never actually shipped). I received so many negative reviews for "I never received my product" Seller never shipped my order", that I decided to close the entire shop on that platform. Customer service quality has been declining pretty fast. I t used to be a good POD service, but I am transitioning to another POD company due these issues I've experienced lately.

I've only had issues with this app to send products to Finland. People haven't got any info when package have arrived and when ordering samples to Estonia they all got lost at the first try. I needed to uninstall since at least to Finland and especially to Estonia this is not usable. Customer service has been helpfull and app itself works. So maybe some other country it's fine but for me no.

Nice products but the automatic availability update doesn't work on a reliable basis. So it might be that you sold tons of shirts over the weekend and monday they cancel all orders. No reimbursement on your loss. No proactive or realtime info that something is out of stock. Could be so easy. Customer service is rather quick but can't help, cause they have no insights on availability.

If you value your time, stay away. Pros: Good user interface, option to add personalized products, customer care team available 24/7, and chats are responded to within minutes Cons: Everything? Prices are defaulted to EU, so all time spent configuring prices for each variant will be erased and a random price shows up on your listing each time you save. So many glitches setting up the personalized products and no support. Staff are available 24/7 and respond to live chat within minutes but if you don't reply within 5 minutes, they will close the chat and mark it as resolved due to "inactivity" even if issue has not been resolved. You are expected to wait hours for them to respond if they tell you to wait, but as soon as they respond and you happen not to be online at that time, they will close chat within 5 minutes. Imagine waiting 12 hours or more for them to investigate then as soon as they respond they expect you to be online that second. When you go to their live chat with an issue and they say they will get back to you with an email, just lower your expectations as they will likely either never follow up, one sidedly mark issue as resolved, or blame the issue on your theme because they are perfect. because of their lack of accountability, I even sent them an organized bulleted list of the issues I'm having, as expected they said they'll get back to me via email and asked me to record screen of the issue even though I already wrote down all the details, still entertained them by recording my screen, no response. Crickets. Spent TWO WEEKS trying to set up one product, imagine that. I'm out. In conclusion. Their time is valuable, yours isn't. Update: They said they'll follow up with an email and asked me for a screen recording of the issues despite having already organized them in a list for them, but i recorded my screen and sent them the video anyways. I emailed again to check if there's updates, they asked me to send them examples/screen recording again, then never responded again. The level of disrespect and lack of care for customers is appalling. Luckily I found a much more powerful customization app, uninstalling this joke rn, want my time back. --- Another update- Not to sound petty with this update but I reached out to them again to check in on their "resolution" and if they checked the screenshots and screen recordings they asked for, but they ghosted me. They don't even bother to respond. Ms Paulina, if you wanna work in customer service, then actually do know basic customer service etique like actually responding, following up and providing resolutions you promise. In conclusion, they are not reliable at all.

While it took a bit to learn how to do everything...I love that I can do so many things while adding designs. Personalization and changing designs or colors with the same listing is easy.
