SO far I love everything about Gelato! Seamless integration, Quality products so far and love how it makes sure your DPI is quality. Help centre and resources are extremely helpful! Im a beginner and Im surprised at how easy it was compared to previous sites I tried. I hope in the near future they are able to expand the catalog.

The process with not bad from start to finish, just have to make sure you have all your images sorted out and what you want use, follow to instructions and it pretty much will guide you all the way through.

I have been using Gelato for my POD store. I really like the ease of setting up product. They have a very nice flow from beginning to end. I really like that I can see very nicely the colors I'm choosing for the mockups. Nice variety of mockups and templates. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Ziemlich überzeugend. 5 Sterne sind voll berechtigt. Der Druck eines DIN A1 Print-on-Demond in Fine Art ist wirklich richtig gut. Die Farbbereiche entsprechen einer unglaublichen Exaktheit zum Original. Die schwarzen Linien sehen tatsächlich aus, wie mit Kohle gezeichnet. Die extreme Rottondifferenzierung ist genaustens übertragen worden. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es mit Blautönen genauso wäre, aber beim Einsatz von 12 Farben, normal sind 3 Prozessfarben und vielleich 1-2 Schmuckfarben, würde ich nicht dagegen wetten. . Zum Test hatte ich mir ein farblich durchdifferenzierte Vorlage aus einer Skizze in Mischtechnik mit warmen Farbtönen ausgesucht. Das Papier macht ebenso einen edlen hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist damit ausgezeichnet.

Tried Gelato based on a recommendation, but the platform didn’t quite meet my expectations. The layout feels a bit clunky, and some of the features aren’t as intuitive as I’d like. Making small edits to existing products or navigating between sections took more time than expected. It works, but I found myself second-guessing simple steps more than I should on a business tool. Hoping future updates make it smoother to use.

Ziemlich überzeugend. Es steht zwar noch ein letzter Test aus, doch gibt es keinen Grund zu meinen, dass er versiebt wird. Die Handhabung der App ist 5 Sterne, die "Luft nach oben" überschaubar, vielleicht 4,5 Sterne, deshalb schon mal 5 volle Sterne.

Es ging wirklich einfach bisher, ich konnte ein Bild als fine art poster einfach generieren. Aber einen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil ich erstens nirgends etwas über die hochzuladende Auflösung gefunden habe (ca 40 Minuten gesucht) und zum zweiten mir nicht klar ist (20 Minuten gesucht), ob die Nutzung der App wirklich kostenlos ist, oder nur 30Tage - und dann? Automatisches kostenpflichtiges Abbo? Im Verlauf der Erstellung wurde mir aber das upgrade auf Gelato: Print on Demand + angeboten, so dass ich davon ausgehe, dass die Appnutuzng in seiner Basisform wirklich kosenlos ist.

Tried Gelato hoping for an easy setup, but the platform feels clunky and confusing. Navigation isn’t intuitive, and basic tasks like updating products or making changes take way more time than they should. The system seems buggy at times, which just adds to the frustration. Definitely not the smooth experience I expected.

I just installed it a few minutes ago and I can't believe how easily I was able to integrate it with my store, add a new product and get it all ready to go. It's also really nice to see that prices are way lower than competitive print on demand companies.

Gelato takes my entire drop ship responsibility. If it is my fault I can work with customer. If it is gelato fault they will work with customer.

Problemas con la app. Hubo una actualización y desde entonces cada vez que realizo un cambio en un producto, desaparecen todas las variantes. Y a causa de esto perdí las ventas de Black Friday, Navidad, rebajas de enero, San Valentín... Creo que he tenido mucha paciencia y muchas pérdidas económicas y al principio llegaron a decirme que yo no era una prioridad, ni me respondían, tuvo que intervenir atención al cliente de Shopify porque dijeron que el problema era de Shopify, pero Shopify confirmó que el problema era de la app de Gelato, y así, lograron que me contestasen, pero cada vez era esperar a que contestaran unos días, iban dejando pasar el tiempo, por último cada vez me pedían más pruebas, grabaciones de pantalla y todo para nada. Nunca solucionaron el problema. Les pedí que trasladaran todas mis cosas (método de pago, wallet, mi tienda con mis artículos...) a una nueva cuenta, para ver si así funcionaba todo bien desde otra cuenta porque antes de la actualización iba todo perfecto, insistí varias veces en eso y nunca respondieron a mi petición. Y no podía estar creando el mismo producto una y otra vez tanto en Gelato como en Shopify, porque al cambiar un diseño, o añadir una talla o quitarla, añadir un color o quitarlo, etc. daba el error y se borraba todo. Así que al final tuve que cambiar de proveedor de POD. Con lo fácil que hubiera sido decir, bueno, vamos a cambiarte a una nueva cuenta, haz la cuenta, y te pasamos a la wallet lo que tienes, el resto tienes que hacerlo de nuevo. De todas formas estaba haciéndolo todo de nuevo una y otra vez, no me hubiera importado. Pero ya viendo todo el tiempo que ha pasado y no hay solución. Os digo adios. Ya no me valen las disculpas, ni que digáis que sabéis lo importante que es esto o aquello, y que aún estoy a tiempo de hablar de nuevo con soporte, etc. Lo que teníais que haber hecho, no lo hicisteis cuando debíais. Espero que al resto de clientes les vaya bien, porque a mí, me han tratado fatal. Todo con muy bonitas palabras, pero realmente ningún interés en solucionar el problema, por esto digo lo de tratarme fatal, y por decir que yo no era una prioridad.
