I’ve been using Consentmo for about a year — the app is great, easy to use, and does what it promises in terms of cookie compliance. However, I suspect it may have affected my Meta Ads retargeting campaigns. While I’m not 100% sure, I noticed that during the time I was using Consentmo, my retargeting audience stayed unusually small. Since I disabled the app and switched to Shopify’s native cookie banner, my Meta Ads retargeting has been working much better. It seems like there might be something in the way Consentmo handles Facebook Pixel events or consent for tracking. Again, I can’t confirm the link with certainty, which is why I’m still giving 3 stars. But if you're running Facebook Ads and notice issues with retargeting audiences, it might be worth checking if Consentmo is impacting your Pixel data.

Conformité à la V2 de Google, assez simple à mettre en place. Ça fait toujours un peu peur au début quand on a jamais mis les mains dans le code mais là c'est vraiment basique. La petite vidéo montre bien les deux emplacements à trouver et après c'est juste un simple copier coller. Le design est épuré, c'est ce que nous voulons. Le setup est fluide également. Rien à dire, ça fait le job. Un bon service client.
