Five stars for Consentmo! The support agent, Georgi, stayed with me while I troubleshoot a complex page setup.

BE CAREFUL! i downloaded this app for consent. after i found out i couldnt translate to my prefered language - i deleted the app. since then my pixel tracking is completely off. and not by a few percantage but by more than 95% !! which means i cant track any events on my site. it might be from leftover code or something. it took me time to figure this out. and i had to pay 500$ for a proffetional to try and fix this issue. which he his now working on. this forced me to shut down all ads and my website, and i still dont know when and if its going to get fixed. this one mistake cost me thousands in lost revenue, plenty of hours of troubleshooting, and more $ on getting support. check twice before you download this app!!

Georgi was super helpfull ! He got me to deactivate a native cookie banner from my theme which was making a duplicate (would never of found out that was there without his help). Works for me so far !

Had an issue today that the banner didn't show on my store the whole day. But got really good help from John that fixed the issue in less than 5min. Now the cookie banner works fine again. Overall this is a really great cookie banner. Very custom-friendly, you can adjust it designwise to apply for your store and brand. Would really recommend.
