We opted for this app based on other users' rave reviews of their help desk/customer service, and I can confirm it's great. Everyone I chatted with (John in particular) knows the app inside and out, and their help is never the surface-level stuff you often get from Shopify apps. I hope they'll keep investing in the people who staff the help desk.

John was very helpful in making sure everything was set up for compliance. I downloaded the Pandectes GDPR Compliance app first and went through their compliance review, and their first suggestion was that I needed to upgrade to a paid plan. I'm glad I switched to Consentmo because their compliance review was actually helpful. John walked me through everything and didn't suggest I needed to upgrade at all.

Great app, have some native integrations, and the team are really usefull! I reached them out a lot of times in the last days and they helped me a lot with settings and blocking custom scripts before customer consent.

Consentmo is fantastic. It's easy to customise the banner, but most importantly their support is absolutely top notch. They're so quick to respond and they go above and beyond to help you out. I recently had Georgi help me out and he was incredible – identified the issue and configured everything we needed for us, did it super quickly, even though we had a slightly complex setup with multiple apps and Google Tag Manager. He checked everything really thoroughly and sent video screen recordings showing all the tags firing correctly and compliantly, so I can be reassured we're GDPR compliant.
