It’s effective, but requires depth of knowledge to create your own flows, which is difficult and blocker for more use

Very powerful if you can work out what the variables are because theres no consistency between the actual variable name and what you see in shopify admin, some of them even conflict in json data

it has a limit on how long your workflows can extend past so you can't do a flow that spans a few months for example...

Flow's incredibly useful, it has tons of functionalities and a few nicer data attributes than through the API. With the scheduled time trigger, you can even do stuff like change content for launches. It's come a long way and can replace the need for a lot of backend functionalities that would otherwise be a pain to set up, and the usability is chefs' kiss.

The UI changes on Flow are making it hard to use. The option to add a condition wasn't available for me until I added an action. Then I could remove the action and only then would it let me add a condition. Also the UI inside of the condition selections to add a string of text was really hard to understand. I'd rather go back to the old UI tbh.

Still learning lots on how to use this app but it's been good so far. A steep learning curve, helps if you have some basic logic understanding.

For non technical users it might feel challenging at first but once you start getting use to it i was able to start automating a lot of things for our store.

LUV THIS WORKFLOW TOOL. Very very simple to use and is extremely motivating and empowering for a small team (me!) who is allergic to repetitive admin stuff.

I think I'm starting to understand it. Still a bit confused on how to do the "then/else", I wish it gave me options. But I am still trucking along.

The search could be better as it's hard to find the correct condition sometimes, but otherwise very easy to use!

This app makes you start a new flow for every customer you want to blacklist, each variable requires its own Flow. Depending on if you choose "AND" or "OR", it may affect your Flow greatly. Not very efficient, too complicated. I would like to see it improved. Also, having to make a whole new flow within a workflow is a hassle, you should be able to duplicate the ones within each workflow. Very complicated to use. Hoping to see some improvements. Additionally, one wrong move and you could end up cancelling any and all orders to your store.

much easier to use with Shopify's built-in AI, but it is not easily accessible; you have to open up another tab and open up the AI in another window.

It was initially very itimidating because the conditions looks like a lot of code. However, I was able to figure it out because I searched for a specific condition rather than scrolling through all the code. This search function allowed me to bypass all the jargon and made it easy to set up my simple flow.

It took me about 2 hours to do my first custom automation workflow and I think that's pretty good! With practice, I'll get faster. But this is a really great integration with Shopify. Very pleased.

The app is free, but we lack some automation events/triggers/actions. It's not possible to connect multiple flow routes to 1 route, once the route is split with some condition.

Excellent, please keep adding cool features, it would be nice if there were an order tagged trigger.
