wish i could programmatically edit flows (e.g. export, edit JSON, re-import) wish i could have multiple triggers (instead of near-identical duplicate flows) wish i could copy-paste nodes wish my whole screen wouldnt constantly shift every time i click on the background to deselect a node

Easy to use and makes things so much easier to manage and automate so I am able to give great customer service as a one-man show

variable and object lookup isn't sorted or done in an intuitive way. It is also difficult to determine which option you need to pick when 5-6 of them have exactly the same titles and very similar sounding purposes.

I think it's good in general, but there's obvious usability issue. It's lacking production ready features such as strong version control and access management. Also, it breaking on the day we to deploy a large feature changes doesn't help my opinion.

Very easy to understand select dropdown options. Most of these templates are already set and ready to activate with minimal effort. Thumbs up!

It's quite a bit confusing to figure out which triggers will work for what you want to accomplish, but once you get there it's a major time saver.

It would be nice to have the trigger when customer unsubscribe to marketing email so I can remove the tag.

Ik vind het jammer dat je niet alle programma's kan linken, bijvoorbeeld appstle. Het zou ook leuk zijn moest het verschijnen van een nieuwe blog een event kunnen zijn, zodat je dan een email kan triggeren aan je klanten. Mijn klanten hebben geen rss-feed.

no multiple input for condition, no copy paste of nodes, the "wait" node does not support variables, the "maximum 91 days of wait" applied also for parallel workflow. so a simple task like "wait as many days as written in the tag of the order to send an email" bacame a nightmare.

Flow is an easy-to-use app for automating different tasks. The app creates working automation when you know what logic to follow. Recently, I have used the app more after I noticed what it can do. Flow easily integrates different forms, orders, and emails. This is fine for an online store owner.

I just started using this and it's awesome. I've been waiting for a way to add customer tags and order tags based on certain criteria. I can now use to make segments and send emails in Klaviyo based on these actions.

I wish it had more ability to communicate with other third party apps - but Flow is an amazing free tool! Thank you Shopify!

Great app for helping connect data and automations to multiple sources! One little bug when adding multiple criteria to a Flow. The page doesn't allow you to scroll when you are adding more than 2 pieces of criteria. I found a way around it but it was a little frustrating.
