Totally uncool. Very hard to use if your are not IT wiz. It supposedly replaces fraud filter which worked perfectly well and impossible to migrate because Shopify Instruction don't work

We are deeply concerned about Shopify’s transition to Shopify Flow for abandoned cart emails, which has significantly impacted merchants operating in multiple languages. The previous notification system handled multilingual workflows seamlessly, allowing businesses to provide localized experiences for their customers. However, Shopify Flow lacks native multilanguage support, forcing merchants to adopt a more complex and less effective solution. This abrupt change disrupts established workflows, increases the effort required to manage simple tasks, and risks alienating customers who receive communications in the wrong language. We urge Shopify to reintroduce native multilanguage capabilities or provide flexibility to continue using the previous system, ensuring that all merchants can maintain high standards of customer engagement and trust.

NIGHTMARE... I very rarely right reviews and negative ones at that. I have never found something that should be so simple a challenge. Shopify staff can't help because we can't speak to them directly. If you want automations for emails and sales, I would spend your time with another program. I have spent to much time on something so simple, with very little success.

The worst app ever, it's very difficult to used, I don't know why Shopify take this bad decision to use this app! instead of many apps that provide better experience

Difficult to manage, unclear information whether the flows works or not, no saved notifications what flows have been sent out or used.

Don't suggest this app. Once you get it you can't edit emails the old way ever again (with code). You can't go back. Since starting using this app the abandoned cart email success rates have dropped drastically. Wish we had never installed the app. I wish shopify would allow us to go back and edit emails the original way.

It is great that this is free and I hoped to get more automated. I set up low on stock we with a level below 20. I get bombarded everyday with advice on low stock for every variant. Stock is low only 3952 in stock Crazy so have to find another as not stable. Also out of stock for archived products

It's great about showing all the neat things Shopify flow can do but it's lacking the details about how to do it if you are not a computer wizard it's not as easy as you say it is

I dont think this app works at all. I have set up hide out products using pre built template but it doesnt work. The work flow archives shows the products are hiden as a result of item being out of stock but infact inventory was more than 500 units and item is still active and showing available on store. What a joke I dont think behind the scene the whole automation is working. Have to delete this app. Thats not working apart from slowing down my store. Please make it work or otherwise get rid of this rubbish from app store. Thanks
