I need a FLOW that can tag MULTIPLE open/unfulfilled/partially fulfilled/not cancelled orders by the same customer - basically multiple un-shipped orders so I can easily ID them. Shopify AI and ChatGPT have not been able to successfully suggest a method. Seems absolutely ridiculous this isn't a template - TO SAVE SELLER AND BUYER MONEY!

Flow has gotten incredibly useful and flexible, to the point of handling a lot of the actions you would normally do in a middleware. The other day we implemented a first_published_date to have a source of truth on which products came first, and it was doable entirely in Flow. Excited to see what comes next.

It's great when it works but we seem to run into issues every few months with something not working correctly even though we have changed nothing to our flow. I do not know if this is due to updates or what but it is getting exhausting.

TIL: 1. setTimeout isn't available inside 'Run Code' actions -- 2. 'Wait' actions aren't allowed inside 'For each' loops/iterations.

the concept is genius, but understanding how the pieces fit together and the selection of the data elements and loops that are needed for each is beyond a normal user. We're techy, but we have had 10 runs at it and finally gave up.

Pas super user friendly et pourrai être simplifié selon moi... Les traductions ne sont pas géniales et il faut faire beaucoup (trop?!) d'essais-erreur... Mais quand le flux est bien construit, c'est vraiment un outil génial!

Too many limitations that seem like they're simply designed to protect the subscription model from entrepreneurs with more ambition and wits than money. I'm CONSTANTLY hitting arbitrary "can't do that" dead-ends. For example, you can use variables in certain address fields, and you can enter custom liquid in certain email content fields, but you can't do both in any action. Even the run code action is hamstrung with arbitrary limitations. Want real power? Use Mechanic (or another platform).

Not great support. UI and all intricacies are way too complicated for average shopify user to use. I dont get why they dont have a chat like interface like Zapier where you can type out the exact flow you want in natural language and it builds it for you; if they had that, we would use Flow 10x more than we do.

The functionality is great, and it's free. For those reasons, I love it and highly recommend it. But I really wish they had more help documentation. This is especially the case when it comes to finding certain search criteria, or what fields mean, specifically. There's really not much out there except for Q&A forums -- can't they have a glossary or repository with definitions?? And I wish that when you had a flow set up, you could click into the search criteria currently being used to see its hierarchy within all of the available fields; the app doesn't allow you to do that or to see the path to find it again.
