This is one of the best automations running in the background of my website! I feel it is the first line of defense against fraud.

wish there was easier in app help-- i had to use shopify ai in a separate window to help me set up a flow correctly

This app has been very useful for a handful of needs when automating certain tasks, or creating custom events for other connected app in the Shopify ecosystem.

It would be cool if sidekick or basically like your Dev site chatbot was built into Flows for helping write liquid etc.

Flow me fait gagner énormément de temps sur mes automatisations. Interface intuitive, fiabilité parfaite. Un vrai plus pour organiser Naky Rituals sans complications.

Works half the time- dont expect shopify to help- theyll make all sorts of excuses why it works one hour then the next it doesnt- meanwhile- when it doesnt work you get charged fees that arent refundable

Easy to manage and edit workflows, but everytime you duplicate a workflow the original marketing emails get deleted in the new workflow. This makes you repeat the work all over again. It would be great if this is fixed, just in case you want to use the same workflow with different segments or tags.

Powerful app, but very difficult to use for a non-developer person. Not user friendly, but gets the job done. Just takes forever for a typical Shopify owner, unless you have coding background and/or tons of experience navigating the Flow app.

Awesome app. My complaint so far is that dealing with order fulfilments can be really tricky. It's just not intuitive, and half the things I want to do I just can't figure out. Like I was trying to items in an order into different fulfillments. I wanted to put the preorder items seperate from the instock items so that the instock items could be shipped now. I couldn't figure out how to do it, and ended up having to write some code to edit the orders via the shopify api myself..

The Flow app includes some great automations, helpful for saving time and getting organized. There are many areas in shopify I wish this app could cover and automate, so there is great room for improvement, and I hope that Shopify developers are able to put more time and budget into this app.

super powerful, but I would be lost without using Shopify's awesome AI helper to set it up! I fully recommend leaning on it from the beginning.. I even take screen shots of my progress to check I'm getting it right

Its not easy to select the conditions I was trying trying to select the condition SKU but there are too many options

Flow is a lifesaver for optimizing our integrations with our own and our customers' systems, and just keeps getting better and better.

It should be less restricted to be really helpful. Why not allow the same access to variables / events as plus accounts have?

This is getting so much better. Only just a few months ago this was a nightmare to navigate, but it's really upped it's game. Please continue improving!

I do not have the experience with the terminology used to fully understand or search what I need effectively.

If it works, this is very simple to set up. Proof will be when collaborators receive their emails and claim their gifts.

Needs the ability to duplicate steps within the flow, and duplicate conditions within the steps - this would make like a lot easier :)
