Probably the best app made by shopify. Its really usefull, would it be better if it had more options

Too many limitations that seem like they're simply designed to protect the subscription model from entrepreneurs with more ambition and wits than money. I'm CONSTANTLY hitting arbitrary "can't do that" dead-ends. For example, you can use variables in certain address fields, and you can enter custom liquid in certain email content fields, but you can't do both in any action. Even the run code action is hamstrung with arbitrary limitations. Want real power? Use Mechanic (or another platform).

Good, but the limit needs to be higher for Shopify Plus customers who are low AOV and high order rates

The functionality is great, and it's free. For those reasons, I love it and highly recommend it. But I really wish they had more help documentation. This is especially the case when it comes to finding certain search criteria, or what fields mean, specifically. There's really not much out there except for Q&A forums -- can't they have a glossary or repository with definitions?? And I wish that when you had a flow set up, you could click into the search criteria currently being used to see its hierarchy within all of the available fields; the app doesn't allow you to do that or to see the path to find it again.

Not great support. UI and all intricacies are way too complicated for average shopify user to use. I dont get why they dont have a chat like interface like Zapier where you can type out the exact flow you want in natural language and it builds it for you; if they had that, we would use Flow 10x more than we do.

Flow can help us create different automated email logic. We believe it can help build our customer base.

So far so good, no doubt I am underusing this tool but already some of the things I have created have saved me so much time. Couple it with ChatGPT for easy instructions

Very powerful but missing some things like "customer updated" and every time you edit something the screen goes white and then reloads the page.

I find the options to be a little bit confusing sometimes but overall I am so grateful for this as an option.

great love the 0 code method, gets the job done can build some cool custom work flows. I wish it was easier to find specific ID's for example, when a customer buys this specific product, I want to send a custom discount code for another product, i was having a hard time finding the ID of the first product thus when its true the next automation fires.

So bad i cant even imagine, need to wait 2 months, but workflow gets deleted because it cant stay active more than 14 days? So why even offer an option to wait so long? Why even create this app if it cant complete the only function it is supposed to do...

Its a powerful concept but basic things like checking if an array such as tags: [] is null or empty doesn't work at all. Even your AI bot knows of this "quirk"

Fairly user-friendly, though I've still had to resort to AI to help me through parts that weren't intuitive for me.

I just used this app for 2 months. It works fine for most of the cases but the issue is... when any automation stopped working it doesn't send any alert. Recently I have changed the coupon code which was used in one of automations. The automation stopped working and there was no update regarding this. when I was checking the automation then i realised why coupon automation is puased and the reason was changing in the code setting.

It is pretty confusing at first, so watch the videos on how to use it—otherwise, it's a beneficial app.

I wish I could preview how many people or email addresses are captured with each condition before turning it on.
