Flow has been instrumental in many ways to the day-to-day smooth running of internal operations. I cannot imagine doing our Shopify store without flow.

Very helpful and easy to use - Highly recommended. BUT, be very careful as basic functions you would assume to be available in an app of this type, are often not.

Super smart - but could use som AI in the interface to make it easier for us "no programmers" - but great to have...

Shopify Flow is a powerful and practical tool once you get the hang of it. The automation features are useful. Once flows are properly set up, they trigger reliably and help save a lot of manual work. That said, the app can be a bit sluggish at times. It takes a while to load all the flows, and navigating through larger or more complex workflows can feel slow. But despite that, it's definitely a valuable addition to our Shopify toolkit.

missing lots of shopify values. e.g. i can look up discounts but not create or apply existing ones? Lots of potential with Flow but currently seems half baked.

I still can’t believe Shopify Flow is completely free. It’s a powerful, intuitive, and beautifully integrated tool that feels like it should cost hundreds per month. Need ability to filter which tags trigger the journey. Currently, the system gets bogged down by multiple journeys that are get triggered every time a tag is added.

I am really loving this app so far. It is so helpful and has so many options, and you can really find a way to work it in your favor.

not easy to search certain trigger, i get suggest from sidekick. I wish sidekick can one key generate flow for me

Game changer. Use the templates and modify them to find a solution to many needs, requirements or issues

Livechanging. I am finally able to automate some stupid tasks. Setting up more complicated tasks requires understanding how Shopify manages things internally. Though I am a developer I don't think Non-Developers can handle this beast. Anyways I love it :-)

Die Flow´s können z.b mega hilfreich sein und um für das Fullfillment vorzusortieren. Es gibt aber auch noch viele weitere Bereiche wo sie Sinn machen. Leider sind die IF´s (was passiert wenn oder wann) nicht gut beschrieben und man muss sehr viel ausprobieren.

LOVE IT, It will be even more awesome if you could copy, paste, or delete, several selected actions or conditions. ;)

There needs to be a data dictionary or some way to know what value types are accepted for the different fields. Otherwise it's just a guessing game.

This is such a good app. Extremely easy to use and saves me so much time when everything is automated and just works so well in the background. Brilliant !

Shopify itself puts out bad templates that do not work and their support is not able to help. They also do not keep the app developers up to date about what triggers to use so their templates are out of date. If you guys would own up to putting out bad templates and correct them I would consider changing my rating.
